You will collaborate with the Director of Provider Global Operations and other leaders to optimize processes, improve partner experience, and drive profitability across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a manager or director-level role.
• Extremely team oriented.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables).
• Experience using Power BI to manage global partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials professionally.
• Education participation as required for corporate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Service activities for new Clients/Prospects with RFP responses and meetings.
• Assist in identifying and transitioning existing Onshore clients to Global clients.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly Client Review calls with feedback for Global Partners.
• Respond to and resolve escalated Client/Requester issues.
• Support Inventory Management initiatives.
• Partner with Director Provider Global Ops to set Productivity and Quality goals for Global Partners.
• Quality Control – perform analysis and implement action plans and training.
• Provide Training Support to Global Partners in country and virtually.
• Analyze endangered accounts and create action plans to address problems.
• Chase Activities and monitor new additions.
• Communicate updates to CHASE team members.
• Ensure Global Partners have adequate credentials to match inventory and production plans; resolve gaps with clients/CS/Ops teams.
• Support SOP documentation for all Global Accounts.
