Job summary

Sharecare in the United States is seeking a Manager of Global Operations to oversee global partner engagement, drive operational efficiency, and support cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.

You will lead initiatives to improve data quality, implement processes with a focus on customer experience and P&L profitability, and collaborate with senior leaders to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global account management and client reviews.
• Support sales and customer service with global transitions and RFPs.
• Ensure timely execution and quality across global partners.
• Develop productivity/quality goals with Global Partners.
• Maintain SOP documentation for all Global Accounts.
• Provide training to global partners in country and virtually.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive cost reductions.
