Qualifications

• Senior management experience; 7–10+ years in a director/manager role
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Proven ability to drive global operations and partner engagement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee global account management and client review processes
• Improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency across global partners
• Lead SOP development and training for global accounts
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, and Ops to onboard and transition clients to global production
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive cost reductions
• Provide training and support to partners in-country and virtually
