Job summary

Block is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to guide sellers through discovery and onboarding of Square's platform. You will coordinate remote and onsite interactions, train partners, and ensure go-live timelines while collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in a customer‑facing role, proven project management experience, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, support, sales/account management or customer success.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple complex projects in the technology industry while partnering with external and internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding experiences for Sellers and accelerate the onboarding sales stage.
• Coordinate remote and onsite merchant interactions and training to go-live with timelines.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering and Product.
• Stay current with Square’s platform features to serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert.
