Job summary

Square in San Francisco is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to drive onboarding and activation for US merchants, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in a customer-facing role in software implementation, support, sales/account management or customer success.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, action-oriented with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage final stages of the sales funnel and onboarding for US merchants.
• Project-manage onboarding and train sellers to use Square platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering and Product.
• Provide remote and occasional onsite merchant interactions.
