Job summary

Block, Inc. is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to drive onboarding and implementation for Square’s US merchants, accelerating the onboarding process and ensuring go-live timelines.

You will manage discovery and onboarding journeys, ensuring sellers are scoped, educated, set up and trained to leverage Square’s platform. A successful specialist will accelerate the sales cycle, develop efficiencies, and support Block’s international expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in a customer facing role, preferably in software implementation, support, sales/account management or customer success.
• An infectiously positive attitude and ability to perform at a high level continuously.
• Bias for action; performance driven with independence.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive world-class onboarding and implementation experiences for Square’s sellers, ensuring go-live timelines and accelerating deal velocity.
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
• Master Square’s platform and stay ahead of new features to serve as a trusted SME.
• Lead multi-merchant projects with competing priorities and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain training materials for internal teams and external partners.
• Execute accurate data entry and migration tasks for select sellers during onboarding.
