Block, Inc. is seeking Global Seller Onboarding Specialists to manage final stages of the sales funnel for US merchants, guiding discovery and onboarding to maximize Square’s platform value.

This role blends remote and onsite merchant interactions and requires deep product knowledge to accelerate onboarding. Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in customer-facing roles, PM experience, and a bilingual EN/ES skill set, with strong communication and ability to manage ambiguous situations.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required and 4–5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in software implementation, support, sales/account management or customer success preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to operate in PST/MST time zones.

Mansioni

• Drive onboarding and implementation experiences for Square’s sellers to go live on schedule.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to align the seller journey.
• Communicate with stakeholders and develop scalable onboarding strategies.
• Lead multi-merchant projects with competing priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Create training materials for internal teams and external partners.
• Perform data entry and migration tasks for select sellers during onboarding.
