Square is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to guide US merchants from discovery to activation, ensuring a smooth onboarding journey and rapid time-to-value. You will coordinate with Sales, CS, Engineering, and Product to drive onboarding initiatives and deliver scalable strategies.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in a customer-facing role, project management experience, and are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Formación

• BA/BS degree, preferably in a related field.
• 4-5+ years in a customer-facing role in software implementation, support, sales/account management or customer success.
• Positive attitude and strong drive to perform at a high level and uplift the team.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives with excellent time management and communication.
• Experience in POS, Payments or Tech industries is a plus; hardware installation and network configuration are a plus.
• Must be located in PST/MST time zone; bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive onboarding and implementation experiences for Square’s sellers to go-live on schedule.
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with Sales, Account Management, CS, Engineering, and Product to align the seller journey.
• Anticipate and resolve obstacles by managing stakeholder communications and scalable strategies.
• Master Square’s platform, stay ahead of feature releases, and serve as a trusted SME.
• Lead multi-merchant projects with competing priorities and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain training materials for internal teams and external partners.
• Execute data entry and migration tasks for select sellers during onboarding.
