Job summary

We are seeking a Director, Global People Operations & Compliance to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide global people operations, compliance strategy, and mobility across a distributed organization, emphasizing scalable processes and an exceptional employee experience.

You will partner with stakeholders to build efficient workflows, strengthen governance, and drive AI-enabled operations, while leading a high-performance global team and overseeing PEO partners

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR/People Operations experience across multiple regions.
• Experience building and scaling HR ops in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with global employment compliance and works councils.
• Strong judgment and communication skills in ambiguity.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance operations.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a multi-year People Operations and Compliance roadmap using AI and emerging technologies.
• Standardize and automate workflows across the team member lifecycle, identifying and fixing inefficiencies.
• Establish operating models, SLAs, and metrics to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strategic priorities across various functions.
• Manage the case management platform, improving service standards and response times.
• Develop a high-performing global team with focus on process design and automation.
• Oversee global mobility processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead administration for PEO partners and support global expansion efforts.
