Job summary

Amcor Limited seeks a Global Key Account Director to drive the end-to-end strategy for a major global snacking account. You will align regional teams across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids to deliver profitable growth, sustainability initiatives, and value creation for Amcor and the customer.

You will own the Joint Business Plan, manage senior relationships, and deliver measurable results through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and a clear growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• ~7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• ~ Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects, preferably across multiple regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or another complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with the passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills across different functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy and Joint Business Plan across regions.
• Represent One Amcor across Flexibles, Cartons, and Rigids.
• Identify opportunities to grow share and transform packaging portfolio.
• Build customer partnerships with senior decision-makers across functions.
• Deliver commercial results with defined targets and regular leadership updates.
• Navigate a large, complex global customer relationship and align teams around a common strategy.
