Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Global HR Systems to lead global HR systems operations, driving stability, governance, and continuous improvement of the workforce management platform. You will partner with HR, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system enhancements in a multinational environment.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, release management, data integrity, and collaboration across functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, CS or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in HR technology, HRIS, or workforce management with leadership.
• Advanced experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management in a multinational environment.
• Experience in platform operations, governance, and major releases.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and senior stakeholders.

• Manage platform performance and operational support to ensure system stability and data integrity.
• Coordinate release cycles, including testing and communication with internal teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into platform enhancements.
