UKG is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to advance the next generation of global HR capabilities for multinational workforces. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and customers to shape scalable HR solutions across countries and regions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS, with a strong customer orientation and ability to navigate ambiguity while aligning diverse teams to business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building products for global or multinational customers across countries/regions.
• Ability to independently lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Strong customer orientation translating insights into scalable solutions.
• Influence across Product, Engineering, Design, and business teams without direct authority.
