You will partner with HR, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system enhancements in a multinational environment.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, release management, data integrity, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, CS or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in HR technology, HRIS, or workforce management with leadership.
• Advanced experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management in a multinational environment.
• Experience in platform operations, governance, and major releases.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform performance and operational support to ensure system stability and data integrity.
• Coordinate release cycles, including testing and communication with internal teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into platform enhancements.
• Oversee a team of analysts and developers, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships, including support tickets and service performance management.
• Support governance processes, including compliance checks and audit reviews.
• Monitor platform activity and provide insights to improve user experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global HR Systems to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This role will lead global HR systems operations and drive the stability, governance, and continuous improvement of the company's workforce management platform. You will partner closely with HR, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system enhancements. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role focused on operational excellence, release management, and data integrity in a multinational environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
