Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager to advance the next generation of global HR capabilities for multinational organizations. You will collaborate with Product leaders, Engineering, Architecture, UX, customers, and teams across UKG to shape scalable HR solutions that work across countries and regions.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, translates customer and market insights into scalable product strategies, and guides initiatives from discovery through delivery to impact the global HCM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience in a tech-driven organization, ideally supporting enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience building products for global or multinational customers, with understanding of varying country/region needs.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Strong customer orientation translating customer/market insights into scalable product solutions.
• Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and business teams without direct authority.
• Comfort partnering with Engineering and Architecture on complex technical topics and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect complex dependencies, and bring structure to challenging product problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating recommendations and business outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving meaningful customer problems.
