ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking an International Business Development Manager for Freight & Logistics. This remote, USA-based role targets aggressive growth, with OTE $300K+ and base salary plus commission, reflecting the fast-growing global freight & logistics sector.

You will win new clients and expand existing accounts through strategic sales, cultivate relationships, and drive gross profit, market share and client retention.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including field sales or ops.
• Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
• Hunter mentality, negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity, work ethic and creativity.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English.
