This hunter role offers Base + Commission with OTE $300K+. Expect to win new clients, expand key accounts, and lead strategic initiatives across international freight markets.

You’ll target logistics solutions, manage relationships, and collaborate with teams to deliver seamless services, with travel as needed and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including field sales or operational experience.
• Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
• Strong hunter mentality, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity and creativity.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English.
