ALS Recruiting Ltd. is seeking an International Business Development Manager – Freight & Logistics to drive global growth from a remote USA base. This hunter role offers Base + Commission with OTE $300K+. Expect to win new clients, expand key accounts, and lead strategic initiatives across international freight markets.

You’ll target logistics solutions, manage relationships, and collaborate with teams to deliver seamless services, with travel as needed and English fluency required.

Qualifications

3–5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including field sales or operational experience.
Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
Strong hunter mentality, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity and creativity.
Willingness to travel and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Win new clients and grow existing accounts through strategic, face-to-face sales.
Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and industry trends.
Drive gross profit, market share, and client retention.
Execute innovative sales strategies to exceed ambitious targets.
