Job summary

ALS Recruiting Ltd in the USA is seeking a results-driven freight forwarder sales professional to gain new clients, grow existing business, and align with international growth strategies. You will be responsible for winning accounts, developing relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fully remote capacity.

The role requires 1–3 years in freight forwarding sales or operations, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years field sales in freight forwarding.
Knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
Strong hunter mentality and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Win, retain and develop customers through sales hunting and appointments.
Assess prospective accounts for profitability and strategic value.
Build rapport with customers and coordinate with product teams and sales channels.
Increase gross profit and market share through account development.
Follow up on offers and client development initiatives.
Monitor shipment trends and counter measures for lost clients.
Execute strategic sales aligned with growth plans.
Develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Recommend solutions based on customer needs.
