Evotym seeks an experienced Account Management leader to scale our international fintech client operations, overseeing onboarding to ongoing support for B2B clients. You will build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners across borders, coordinating with Operations, Compliance, and Finance to ensure top-tier service in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role within fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Account Management function, setting clear standards for client service and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Manage the client journey from onboarding through ongoing support across international payment and settlement operations.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client requests, sensitive cases, and operational matters.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between clients and internal teams, including Operations, Compliance, and Finance.
• Drive timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, transaction-related matters, and operational issues.
