Job summary

PayTrace by North is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business from a remote position. You will engage prospects, analyze merchant statements, and apply Level 2/3 requalification strategies to demonstrate value.

Expect a fast-paced environment with heavy cold calling and a focus on speed to lead and activation. The role requires 2+ years in payment processing or FinTech sales, strong prospecting skills, and proficiency with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payment processing, merchant services, or FinTech sales experience.
• 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience.
• Experience with high-volume cold calling (60+ calls per day).
• Experience with credit card statement analysis and Level 2/3 interchange requalification.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques.
• Proactively engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling to hunt decision-makers and drive pipeline growth.
• Perform merchant statement analysis and apply Level 2/3 interchange requalification strategies.
• Drive sales momentum with speed to lead, application, and activation.
• Collect underwriting documents to move deals through approval.
• Use effective sales closing techniques.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline via self-sourced outreach and CRM tools.
• Maintain transparency of merchant rates, fees, and terms.
