Jobgether SRL is seeking a seasoned Global Events leader to own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of a worldwide events portfolio. You will drive pipeline impact through targeted conferences, partner activations, and company-hosted events while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

You will align events with ABM and demand-gen goals, collaborate across Sales, CS, and Marketing, and develop scalable playbooks for multi-region execution.

Qualificações

• Proven track record managing global event programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience planning events to acquire new customers, preferably in Higher Education or government sectors.
• Strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global events calendar and prioritization framework aligned to pipeline and growth goals.
• Manage global events budget, forecasting, vendor contracts, and post-event ROI analysis.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics, venue selection, staffing, and on-site coordination.
• Develop pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Marketing and Customer Marketing on demand gen and adoption.
• Build relationships with Sales and CS teams; prepare briefing materials and schedules.
• Set goals for events, track outcomes in CRM, and report ROI to leadership.
• Coordinate with product marketing and marketing operations to ensure attribution.
