Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced events lead to orchestrate developer-focused gatherings across regions, including conferences, meetups, and activations. You will collaborate with Developer Relations to translate priorities into effective plans and ensure teams have the resources to succeed.

The role requires global event experience, strong communication, and budget discipline, with remote flexibility and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management or experiential marketing.
• Interest in developer relations or tech communities.
• Experience managing global events and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with event platforms and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, logistics, and on-site execution of developer-focused events.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations to align regional priorities and provide resources.
• Manage event sponsorships and vendor commitments to maximize visibility and value.
• Develop and track event budgets across regions and currencies.
• Coordinate speaking engagements, workshops, and demonstrations with stakeholders.
• Prepare run-of-show documents and post-event reports for continuous improvement.
• Track leads and ROI in CRM and report on performance.
