Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to own the EMEA events program. You will collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, and cross-functional teams to design and execute in-person events, webinars, and multichannel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

You will manage budgets, vendors, and localization, while ensuring measurement and reporting across campaigns. A remote-friendly, travel-optional role offers significant autonomy and impact on regional growth.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in event marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Experience delivering in-person events across formats in multiple markets (EMEA focus).
• Experience managing webinars end-to-end, ~1 per month.
• Strong PM and organizational skills across time zones.
• Experience enabling event-driven lead follow-up and revenue objectives.
• Proficient with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Familiar with webinar/event platforms (Livestorm/Zoom).
• Understanding of attribution, campaign tracking, and pipeline measurement.
• Willingness to travel ~15%+

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the EMEA events calendar and executions (venues, vendors, run-of-show).
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and cross-functional teams to set objectives, formats, budgets, and success metrics.
• Develop event materials with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales to align with campaigns.
• Plan and execute ~1 EMEA webinar per month including topic selection, localization, and follow-up.
• Build multichannel campaigns to boost registrations, attendance, and engagement.
• Coordinate lead capture, routing, and timely follow-up with Sales and Revenue teams.
• Analyze event performance: attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, revenue impact.
• Maintain reporting and attribution with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations teams.
