Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior events leader to own global event strategy and budgeting, drive trade-show programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across North America and Europe. This role will shape owned events, customer gatherings, and a future user conference, aligning investments with pipeline impact.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in B2B event marketing, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with HubSpot and event technology. Remote-friendly, travel ~1x/month.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate event marketing experience in B2B environments.
• Experience managing high-volume third-party trade shows and sponsored programs.
• Experience planning mid-sized user conferences or client events.
• Familiarity with event tech: registration platforms, lead capture, badge printing, event apps.
• Proven ownership of event budgets with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple events and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global event strategy, portfolio, calendar, and budget.
• Lead all aspects of trade show participation, including design, shipping, staffing and follow-up.
• Partner with Demand Generation and Sales to book meetings and capture leads.
• Oversee sponsorships, coordinate on-site activities, and drive data-driven follow-up.
• Develop owned events (workshops, dinners, customer events) with clear objectives.
• Plan and execute a user conference roadmap to extend owned events.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and forecasts; ensure cost control.
• Track event costs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue impact; report findings.
• Monitor industry trends and attendee needs to differentiate event experiences.
• Lead and mentor an Event Coordinator; collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations.
