WP Engine seeks a Principal Global Compensation Manager to lead the design, execution, and evolution of our global compensation programs. This senior role sits in Total Rewards and drives pay strategy, transparency, and market positioning for a distributed workforce.

You will translate business goals into competitive pay structures in Workday, shape job architectures, oversee global cycles, and advise executives on compensation, equity, and M&A integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in high-tech/SaaS, with 3+ years in advisory lead roles.
• Hands-on configuration in Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Deep knowledge of global compensation structures, international market dynamics, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive pay transparency readiness, including EU directives and US laws.
• Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles in Workday.
