Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a visionary Principal Global Compensation Manager to lead the design, execution, and evolution of global compensation programs. You will steer cash, bonus, and equity strategies and drive pay transparency across a distributed workforce using Workday and AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with executives and HR colleagues to scale compensation models, design job architectures, and advise on M&A integration, offering data-driven insights and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Progressive compensation leadership experience in high‑tech/SaaS.
• Hands‑on Workday Advanced Compensation configuration.
• Strong knowledge of global pay structures and regulations.
• Experience advising executives and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies aligned to business goals.
• Champion global pay transparency and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Oversee merit, promotion, and equity cycles within Workday.
• Support executive compensation design and equity modeling with senior leaders.
• Design global job architecture, leveling, and geographic salary structures.
• Advise Talent Acquisition and EE Leaders on compensation decisions.
• Drive due diligence and post‑merger integration for compensation.
