C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager Compensation to lead the development and execution of compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain top talent across our global organization.

In this leadership role, you will partner with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape compensation strategies aligned with business objectives while supporting a high-performance, people-first culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED
• Minimum 5 years of Compensation experience
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams
• Experience leading compensation teams in a large, global organization
• Experience with Workday, Payscale, and compensation or commission management tools
• Knowledge of sales compensation design and administration
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience designing or implementing compensation programs and strategies
• Excellent communication skills and inclusivity commitment

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to executives and partners
• Oversee the full-cycle annual compensation process including salary planning and governance
• Design, enhance, and administer compensation programs including sales compensation
• Analyze data, market trends, and business metrics to deliver insights
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve employee experience
• Develop compensation education resources to promote understanding and transparency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and market practices
• Support organizational change and transformation efforts
