C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager of Compensation to lead the development and execution of compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain top talent across our global organization.

In this leadership role, you will partner closely with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape compensation strategies that align with business objectives while supporting a high-performance, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to executive stakeholders.
• Oversee full-cycle annual compensation process including salary planning, incentive programs, budget management, and governance.
• Design, enhance, and administer compensation programs including sales compensation initiatives.
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and business metrics to deliver insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Employee Relations, and People Analytics teams for data integrity and process alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline compensation processes and improve employee experience.
• Develop compensation education resources to promote manager effectiveness and pay transparency.
• Monitor compliance and market practices to maintain a competitive framework.
• Foster engagement and inclusion during organizational change and transformation efforts.
