In this leadership role, you will oversee salary planning, incentives, governance, and analytics while partnering with business leaders and HR partners to shape competitive frameworks. You will manage a team of compensation professionals, drive global program design, ensure data integrity across payroll systems, and promote pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum 5 years of Compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic compensation guidance.
• Oversee the full-cycle annual compensation process, including salary planning, incentives, budget management, and governance.
• Design, enhance, and administer compensation programs, including sales compensation initiatives.
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and business metrics to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR Technology, Payroll, Finance, Employee Relations, and People Analytics teams to ensure effective processes and data integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes and employee experience.
• Develop compensation education resources to promote manager effectiveness and pay transparency.
• Monitor compensation compliance and market practices; propose improvements.
