C.H. Robinson seeks a Manager Compensation to lead development and execution of compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain top talent globally. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategies that align with objectives while upholding a people-first culture.

You will lead a team of compensation professionals, driving excellence in planning, analytics, governance, and education across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals and serve as trusted advisors to business leaders and HR partners.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to executives to support talent and business objectives.
• Oversee full-cycle annual compensation process including salary planning, incentive programs, budget management and governance.
• Design, enhance, and administer compensation programs including sales compensation to drive business performance.
• Analyze compensation data, market trends and business metrics to deliver actionable insights.
