In this leadership role, you will partner with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape compensation strategies that align with business objectives while supporting a high-performance, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee the full-cycle annual compensation process (planning, incentives, budget, governance).
• Design, enhance, and administer compensation programs including sales incentives.
• Analyze data, market trends, and business metrics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and related teams to ensure data integrity.
• Drive process improvements and promote pay transparency.
• Develop compensation education resources for managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry trends.
