Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ in channel or partner marketing across regions.
• Experience activating partners across enterprise to SMB segments.
• Proven ability to build channel programs with measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on with Salesforce or HubSpot and PRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the global channel marketing plan and partner programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable partners; shorten time to first deal.
• Create campaign kits and co-branded content for partners.
• Lead demand-gen and MDF ROI reporting and partner events calendar.
• Coordinate with sales and global teams; manage agencies.
