Job summary

LeapXpert is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to own global channel marketing strategy, partner plans, and activation across regions. You’ll collaborate with Microsoft, Cisco, Carahsoft, Avant, and a growing network of resellers to build campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.

This senior individual contributor role requires 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, strong partner enablement, MDF budgeting, and hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing.
• 5+ years in channel or partner marketing for enterprise sales across regions.
• Track record building channel programs with measurable partner-sourced pipeline.
• Experience with Microsoft or similar alliance; co-sell and marketplace.
• Experience managing MDF budgets and partner portals.

Responsibilities

• Own global channel marketing plan and partner campaigns.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable partners; shorten time to first deal.
• Develop asset libraries and co-branded campaigns.
• Support joint selling and manage MDF ROI reporting.
• Own events calendar and campaign labs.
