Job summary

Block, Inc. seeks a Senior Marketing Manager, Channel Sales to own global channel marketing. You will be the main marketing contact for the worldwide channel team, translating needs into scalable programmes for resellers and independent contractors.

You will collaborate with channel sales leadership, events, content and regional teams to drive demand and awareness across markets, building scalable campaigns and enablement tools for partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience.
• Direct experience marketing through a channel, reseller, distributor or independent sales model.
• Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within technology companies.
• Experience building enablement and co-marketing programmes that partners adopt at scale.
• Proven ability to own programmes end to end, from design through execution and measurement.
• Experience designing incentive or reward programmes in partnership with a sales team.
• Experience working across international markets and with globally distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the marketing point of contact for the global channel sales team, triaging requests and shaping them into a programme of work.
• Build and run a scaled co-marketing hub for resellers and contractors.
• Partner with top resellers on demand generation campaigns to grow the pipeline.
• Equip both motions to sell effectively with content and events.
• Work with reseller networks to extend brand presence and build awareness in communities.
• Review incentive programmes and report on success against objectives.
• Define co-marketing funds usage and measurement.
• Collaborate with sales to recruit resellers and contractors.
• Build a community that resellers and contractors are proud to be part of.
• Measure and report on programme performance.
