Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Global Central Operations to drive end-to-end operational excellence across global partners. You will lead, measure, and optimize performance while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with global and onshore leaders to ensure consistent workflows, training, and documentation. The role emphasizes change management, customer focus, and data-driven decision making across the global operations footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Medical Records experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience or 2 years lead experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Global partners’ leadership teams and global trainers to ensure they become SMEs.
• Deliver feedback and provide direction to Global partners.
• Ensure accountability and support of Global partners in meeting their SLAs.
• Communicate essential updates to internal initiatives, procedures, and policies.
• Support necessary documentation buildout, updates, and organization.
• Work closely with onshore Central Operations leadership team to ensure workflows align with SOPs.
• Adopt change management initiatives and oversee policies for the Global team.
• Respond to escalated client/interdepartmental issues.
• Assist leadership to establish SLAs, monthly targets, OT parameters, and workforce management.
• Meet regularly with Global partners and internal leaders to review performance.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure access to essential applications and terminate access for contractors upon departure.
