Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States. You will manage global cash applications and AR, review expenses in Concur, support month-end close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–4 years of multinational AR experience. This remote role offers competitive pay and benefits in a distributed finance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; 2–4 years in AR/cash application or related functions preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus; Concur or similar expense tools beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle high volumes, investigate discrepancies, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Global Cash Application and AR: apply customer payments across entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Expense Management and Concur Reviews: verify coding, documents, approvals, and policy compliance; automate where possible.
• Accounting and Month-End Support: assist with closing, reconciliations, and journal entries; respond to audit requests.
• Sales Order Reviews and Financial Accuracy: check Salesforce to NetSuite flow; catch errors before billing or revenue issues.
• Process Improvement and Documentation: streamline cash apps and order reviews; document processes and backup procedures.
