Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based remotely in the United States. The role supports global finance operations, focusing on accounts receivable, cash applications across multiple entities and currencies, and related closing activities.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, review expenses in Concur, and contribute to process automation and standardization across international entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function
• Experience in a multinational or multi-entity environment advantageous
• Strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, accuracy and organization
• Ability to work independently in a globally distributed finance team

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; match remittances to invoices; resolve discrepancies; support cash and AR reconciliations
• Review employee expense reports through Concur for proper coding and approvals; investigate exceptions
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities; prepare reconciliations and journal entries; respond to audit requests
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders; identify and resolve errors before billing or revenue recognition issues
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate cash application and sales order review processes; maintain process documentation and support system implementations
