Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function; multinational/multi-entity experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Review employee expenses through Concur for policy compliance and accuracy.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for cash and AR.
• Support sales order reviews from Salesforce to NetSuite and improve related workflows.
