Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–4 years experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review employee expense reports in Concur for correct coding and policy compliance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for cash and accounts receivable.
• Review sales orders flowing from Salesforce to NetSuite and resolve errors before downstream issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order review processes and maintain clear process documentation.
