Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable, cash applications, and related accounting processes across entities. You will manage multi-currency cash postings, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with AR, Treasury, and accounting teams.

The role also covers expense management, month-end closings, order reviews from Salesforce to NetSuite, and process improvements to standardize international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in AR, cash application, accounting, or related function desirable.
• Experience in multinational/multi-entity environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities and currencies.
• Investigate unapplied/undistributed cash and resolve discrepancies with AR, Treasury, and Accounting teams.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and audit requests.
