Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States. This role supports global finance operations, focusing on accounts receivable, cash applications across entities and currencies, and month-end close within a multinational environment.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, and AR teams, driving process improvements, ERP/CRM integrations, and documentation to standardize operations across global entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related functions.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review employee expense reports through Concur for proper coding and policy compliance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing related to cash and accounts receivable.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to prevent downstream billing or revenue issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order review processes.
• Maintain documentation, backups, and support ERP implementations and integrations.
