Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States to support cash applications, AR, and related processes in a globally distributed finance team.

You will drive month-end close, expense review, and reconcile discrepancies while contributing to automation and documentation across entities. Strong ERP experience and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, cash applications, or related finance roles.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments is a plus.
• Proficient with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across entities, currencies, and banks.
• Review expense reports in Concur for correct coding and policy compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for cash/AR.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to prevent billing issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate cash application and order reviews.
