Job summary

UL LLC in Marietta, GA seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across industries, build strategic accounts, and shape global go-to-market plans. You will coordinate with sales managers to achieve bookings and revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities include developing executive presentations, engaging regulators and industry groups, and translating market insights into scalable offerings.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline.
• Five years in Business Development or eight years in Marketing and/or Sales with account management experience.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate technical developments into customer value propositions.
• Ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high-value customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and executive-presentation skills across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates on an industry basis with ULs larger customers across related industries.
• Works with sales managers to generate revenue growth and bookings goals.
• Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings.
• Assists industry leadership in global account strategies, goals and plans.
• Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, and loyalty for key customers.
• Develops and execute US and global AI business strategy, identifying priority markets and growth opportunities.
• Builds relationships with regulators and industry associations to position UL Solutions as a trusted partner.
