Job summary

Runway is building AI-powered world models to simulate the world, with remote-friendly opportunities across the US. We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to scale our outbound motion and support our GTM Sales team across Enterprise and Mid Market.

The role involves partnering with Enterprise and Mid Market Account Executives to identify, research, and engage high-potential accounts, refine messaging and targeting, and build pipeline with leading brands and technology companies.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Research-driven approach to outbound outreach and account development.
• Curiosity about AI, creative tooling, and how new technologies are adopted inside organizations.
• Comfort engaging with stakeholders from creative professionals to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM Sales to research and prioritize target accounts.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across creative, marketing, production, and technology teams.
• Develop outbound campaigns across email, phone, and other channels.
• Craft personalized messaging for brand-driven and technical organizations.
• Generate qualified pipeline and schedule meetings for Enterprise and Mid Market reps.
• Experiment with messaging, targeting, and sequencing to improve engagement.
• Maintain notes and activity in CRM to support account strategy.
• Share feedback from prospects to inform positioning and GTM strategy.
• Over time, manage and close select SMB opportunities.
