Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a global finance team in the United States, seeks an Accounting Operations Specialist to support AR, expense management, and month-end close from a remote US-based location.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across multinational entities, including ERP systems like NetSuite and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function; multinational or multi-entity experience is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; experience with Concur or similar tools.
• Strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; ability to handle high transaction volumes.

Responsibilities

• Global Cash Application and Accounts Receivable: apply payments across multiple entities, currencies, bank accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Expense Management and Concur Reviews: verify coding, documentation, approvals, and policy compliance; identify automation opportunities.
• Accounting and Month-End Support: assist with closing activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and audits.
• Sales Order Reviews and Financial Accuracy: review Salesforce to NetSuite flows to prevent issues in billing or revenue recognition.
• Process Improvement and Documentation: streamline cash application and order review processes; support finance system implementations and standardization.
