Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States to support global finance operations, focusing on accounts receivable, cash application, and related accounting processes. The role offers exposure to expense management, AP, and month-end activities within a multinational environment.

You will work with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Concur, contributing to process improvements, automation, and standardizing workflows across international entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing or related function.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review employee expense reports submitted through Concur for proper coding and compliance.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and reconciliations.
• Review sales orders from Salesforce to NetSuite to prevent billing or revenue issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order review processes.
