Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Ideally 2–4 years in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function in multinational/multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports through Concur for proper coding, approvals, and compliance; identify automation opportunities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, assist with audits.
• Review Salesforce-to-NetSuite sales orders to catch errors before billing or revenue recognition impacts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order review processes and document procedures.
