Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Global Accounting Operations Specialist position based in the United States. You will support global finance operations, managing cash applications across entities and currencies, while handling month-end close and reconciliations.

The role offers exposure to expense management, accounts payable, and sales order reviews, with opportunities to automate and standardize processes across international entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or cash applications in a multinational environment is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience with NetSuite and Concur; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to handle high transaction volumes and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review expense reports in Concur for proper coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing; prepare reconciliations and journal entries; assist audits.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to prevent downstream issues; learn additional financial workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automate cash application and order review workflows, and document procedures.
