Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage global cash applications, payments, and reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies. This role also covers expense reviews in Concur, month-end closing support, and Salesforce-to-NetSuite order review to prevent downstream issues.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with Treasury and Accounting teams, and help standardize accounting processes across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; 2–4 years in accounts receivable or cash application is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM is a plus; Concur experience is beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills, analytical judgment, and ability to handle high transaction volumes.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines during month-end closes.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports in Concur for coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations, journal entries, and audit requests.
• Review Salesforce-to-NetSuite sales orders to prevent downstream issues and learn related workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and order-review processes; document procedures.
