Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States. The role focuses on cash application, accounts receivable, and cross-functional finance processes across multiple entities and currencies.

You’ll contribute to month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support while exploring process improvements and automation across global accounting operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or related accounting functions
• Experience with multinational or multi-entity environments is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) preferred

Mansioni

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts
• Review expense reports submitted through Concur for proper coding and compliance
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and audit requests
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate cash application and order review processes
